Who is the best, regardless of the team composition!?

Teambuilding Roulette is a dynamic and surprising team-building activity that requires adaptability, communication, and collaboration from each participant. Participants play the game in multiple rounds, but never in the same team. In each round, you are re-paired with different colleagues and work together on a wide variety of challenging and clever tasks.

How does it work?

Upon arrival, participants gather around a table. There, they are assigned a player number and enter their name on a tablet corresponding to that number. As soon as the game starts, the first team shuffle takes place immediately. All participants look for the team with which they will play the first round.
Within the available time, they solve challenging tasks together. The more tasks they complete, the more points they score. Is the time up? Then another team shuffle follows. Each participant enters a completely new team and starts working on new tasks.
The activity consists of multiple rounds, allowing every participant to connect and collaborate with many different colleagues. Who has the greatest adaptability? Who shows the most creativity? And who plays the smartest to ultimately collect the most points?
