CBR was looking for a teambuilding activity that went beyond mere relaxation. The goal was to:

• improve collaboration within teams

• strengthen mutual connection

• increase energy and engagement

Additionally, it was important that the activity was intellectually strong, well-facilitated, and resonated with different teams within the organization.

Choosing The Box Company

CBR came into contact with The Box Company through a Google search. The deciding factor to choose The Box Company was the offering of unique activities that focus on collaboration and connection.

In particular, the setup of Connect & Collab, in which teams solve creative puzzles together and rely on each other's input, aligned well with the desired learning objectives.

The activity took place on November 28, 2025, and was experienced by the participants as:

• creative and challenging

• strongly focused on collaboration

• executed with great enthusiasm

The creative puzzles ensured that teams had to actively communicate and work together to find solutions. The facilitation was experienced as clear, friendly, and professional.

One point of attention that emerged from the evaluation was that not all game rules were completely clear beforehand. In particular, the aspect that incorrect answers resulted in penalty points was perceived as unexpected by some teams. This feedback will be taken into account for further optimization of the activity.

The result: goal achieved and high rating

According to CBR, the activity contributed to achieving the original goal: better collaboration and more mutual connection within teams. The main results:
